Upon scheduling work I have accepted this agreement, and fully understand it and its entirety.

1) Legally Binding Agreement: Upon scheduling of work I have accepted a contract with ARK Services LLC , I am agreeing to a legally binding contract for work to be completed at an agreed upon price. In the event that you break this contract, all deposits made to the company shall be surrendered as damages.

 2) Product Warranties: All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. ARK Services LLC makes no additional warranties. If you ever have a concern regarding our work, ARK Services LLC should be notified immediately. Any disputes brought to the attention of ARK Services LLC, may not be honored if notified after 3 Calendar days. 

 3) Water Usage: You agree ARK Services LLC the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge.

 4) Courtesy: While ARK Services LLC is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area.

  5) Payments: Payments to ARK Services LLC are due as per the contract schedule and are to be paid by Check, Cash or Card with a transaction charge. All balances are ALWAYS due upon completion of the job. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon in writing on our contract. Failure to promptly pay, WILL result in interest and/or late fees starting at (but not limited to) $50 a day. Once work has begun I Will be held responsible for paying the balance. Payments are considered a sign of completion AND satisfaction, this is understood of ALL parties involved. In the event that you do not pay your bill, a lien will be placed on the property. In addition to the lien, you will be responsible all court cost and attorney fees on the behalf of ARK Services LLC. 

 5.5) Third Party or acting on behalf of others. If acting on the behalf of another party (Property managers, Contractors, and people working on the behalf of homeowners and/or businesses) ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR IMPLMENTING THIS CONTRACT WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER OR BUSINESS.  The hiring party will accept the full responsibility of this agreement.

 6) Vehicles: ARK Services LLC is not responsible for damage to any Cars , RVs , Motorcycles, Boats, or any other Vehicles inside of our work zone. Please have all vehicles out of driveway or parking spot directly in working area. 

 7) Removal & Replacement of Deck & Patio Contents : Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from the deck, There will be an additional $150 movers FEE and we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. An additional charge may be applied for time and labor devoted to the removal of these items.

  8)Damages: ARK Services LLC is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles, siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters, defective or damaged paint, leaders and improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Power washing, which entails removal of chalky, gritty or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl or aluminum to stand out. ARK Services LLC will not be responsible for such conditions.

 9) Stains: Some stains cannot be removed by power washing. Rust, artillery fungus, crayon marking ,splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.

 10) ARK Services LLC expects your property to be in good repair and weather tight. This includes, but is not limited to all electrical service including receptacles and light fixtures. Doors and windows shall also be weather tight. ARK Services LLC is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance or repair of electrical related items or doors or windows.

 11) Items listed on estimates or invoices are listed as single items. Houses washes may not include exterior structures, such as but not limited to decks, staircases, patios etc. Any additional objects or structures may be billed additionally at but not limited to $200. 

Adjustments to prices on invoices supersedes those on estimates. 

 12) Specialty services. Unless otherwise stated; our services are to remove organic growth and dirt. Standard power washing or soft washing will not remove paint, oil, or inorganic staining. 

 13) ORGANIC PAINTS AND CHEMICALS.  Though it is rare, some paints are made with organic materials. It will need to be brought to our attention before work begins.

14) Schedule. The services will be completed and will be made in accordance with the schedule agreed upon. If applicable, client agrees to authorize us on their property for the purposes of performing the services stated on this estimate. Client understands that although we try our best to provide you with an accurate timeframe, there is no set timeframe for the completion of services and several visits to the property may be required. The time stated on your appointment is just an arrival window, we will be sure to contact you when we are on our way. We also have permission to visit the property with little or no notice to assess service needs prior to the date of service, as well as to check completion after services have been rendered.

15) Client agrees to allow us to utilize any photos, descriptions, reviews, quotes, texts or videos of the property for marketing purposes.

16) By inquiring about our services or doing business with us, you are giving your consent to receive notifications and messages (e-mail or text) regarding our promotions or services.
